September 2006 Hike to The Cascades
The cascades waterfall is about 25 minutes from Blacksburg. A nice one hour hike brings you to the falls (45 minutes if you let the girls set the pace). Plans are to make the hike again in a few weeks since a few members of the team weren't able to make it this time. It should be beautiful when the leaves start to turn.
